Lisa Olivia Munn was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The mother of her child, Kimberly Schmid, lived in Vietnam and has Chinese origin, and the father of her, Winston Barrett Munn, comes from a family that has long-standing roots within The American South. Olivia was two years old when her parents divorced. Her current family is run by her stepfather and mom. He's a United States Air Force soldier. The family emigrated to Oklahoma and moved to several places, but she spent most of her childhood in Tokyo. While in Japan, she was an actor in local theater performances and then became a Japanese modeling model. Olivia was a model who been living with her parents in Los Angeles in order to fulfil her dream to be an actress was determined to pursue this goal when the family moved back to America. Her acting journey began by playing a minor role. Then, her career began to take off after she was cast as Mily Acuna on the Hawaii-lensed television series Beyond the Break (2006). In 2007 she portrayed Rob Schneider's receptionist. She is the host of G4's podcasts "The Daily Nut" as well as "Formula D". After the television series Beyond the Break, she continues to browse. Her black belt is in taekwondo. She was only two when her mother married again and this time, with an US Air Force member. While the family moved several times throughout her life, she was educated in Tokyo, Japan, where the military stationed her stepfather. She studied journalism in the University of Oklahoma and also majored in Japanese drama, dramatic arts, and acting.
